We’re thrilled to announce a big change for Kids Camp at Spencer Lake in 2025! To better serve families and create a more focused and impactful experience, we are transitioning to three shorter camp sessions throughout the summer. Here’s everything you need to know about this exciting update:
Why Three Camps?
The new format allows us to:
- Accommodate More Campers: With increased demand, offering multiple sessions gives more kids the chance to experience camp.
- Create Smaller Groups: Targeting a camp size of 500-550 kids per session ensures a more personal and engaging experience for every child.
- Enhance Staffing: Shorter, focused sessions reduce logistical challenges, improving overall quality and safety and provide for churches whose volunteers can’t take so much time off of work..
Camp Session Dates
- Session 1: Monday to Thursday, Aug 4-7
- Session 2: Friday to Monday, Aug 8-11
- Session 3: Tuesday to Friday, Aug 12-15
Each session will feature the same incredible programming, so families can choose the dates that work best for them.
What to Expect
While the format has changed, the heart of Kids Camp remains the same. Each session includes:
- Dynamic worship and powerful teaching
- Exciting outdoor games and activities
- Small group discussions to deepen faith
- Opportunities for kids to connect with God and build lasting friendships
Benefits for Your Family
- Flexibility: Choose from three sessions to fit your summer schedule.
- Focused Attention: Smaller groups allow for a more personalized experience.
How to Register
Registration for all three sessions opens on April 1st. Be sure to:
- Visit our website to register your child for their preferred session.
- Secure your spot early, as space is limited for each session.
